Sepia fills a 19th-century print shop on Jefferson Street. Kyle Cottle took over the kitchen from Andrew Zimmerman at the end of 2025 and cooks seasonal American food as a prix fixe or a longer tasting. From Schaumburg it is the easiest star to reach by train: Union Station is about half a mile away.
