About this place

Moody Tongue is the only brewery in the world with a Michelin star. The dining room serves a tasting menu with optional pairings of the house beers, and the front bar has a shorter menu to order from.

Good to know: tasting menu in the dining room; bar menu in front, $175 a person. Open Wednesday to Saturday. Book through OpenTable, usually weeks ahead. From Schaumburg it is about 32 miles, or 49 minutes by car with light traffic via I-90.
