Feld is a small Ukrainian Village room where Jacob Potashnick's tasting menu changes from night to night, built on produce the restaurant sources itself. It earned its first star and a Michelin Green Star for sustainability in 2025.

Good to know: tasting menu only. Open Wednesday to Saturday. Book through Tock, usually weeks ahead. From Schaumburg it is about 27 miles, or 42 minutes by car with light traffic via I-90.
