Enterrium is what happens when virtual reality stops being one person on a sofa with a headset and becomes a room you walk around in with other people. The experiences are physical - you move, you duck, you shout at your teammates - and the social element is most of the appeal.

It lands squarely with teenagers and adults in their twenties and thirties, and it works well for a group that wants something more active than a movie but does not want to be outdoors in January. Younger children can enjoy parts of it, but headsets and height requirements limit what they can do, so check before bringing kids under ten on a promise.

Sessions are time-based. Book if you are coming on a weekend; midweek is usually walk-in friendly.

Being at Woodfield means parking and food are solved before you arrive, which makes it an easy second stop in a longer afternoon rather than a trip in its own right.
